"MUSICIANS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS"

"MUSICIANS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS" è un'associazione fondata dal trombettista Alessio Allegrini, che coinvolge musicisti e intellettuali da tutto il mondo. Lo scopo del movimento è diffondere la cultura dei diritti umani attraverso la musica. Infatti, la prima grande iniziativa dei MFHR è stata la creazione di un'orchestra (la HUMAN RIGHTS ORCHESTRA) , che si riunisce tre o quattro volte l'anno senza un direttore o membri fissi per favorire la raccolta di fondi in favore dei diritti umani. Inoltre,i musicisti promuovono,singolarmente o in gruppi da camera, la cultura dei diritti umani nelle scuole e nelle carceri minorili in Italia e altri paesi. I brani scelti per essere suonati dall'orchestra, includono lavori di compositori vittime di persecuzioni e censure,come Felix Mendelsshon, Rudolf Karel, Bela Bartok, e Oliver Messiaen.

MUSICIANS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS  in an association founded in 2009 by horn-player Alessio Allegrini and other musicians and intellectuals. The aim of the project is to spead the culture of the human rights using the power of music. The first MFHR's step was the creation of the HUMAN RIGHTS ORCHESTRA , that doesn't have steady members of directors. Musicians promote the culture of human rights in schools and prisons , in Italy and other countries. The pieces chosen to be played are from persecuted composers, like Felix Mendelssohn, Rudolf Karel, Bela Bartok e Olivier Messiaen.
